About

Mrs. Bloodgood serves as the Director of IUPUI’s Office for Veterans and Military Personnel (OVMP). This office is designed to provide comprehensive resources to all members of the US Armed Forces, Military Veterans, and the dependents of currently serving, disabled or deceased military personnel. The primary purpose of this office is to complete the necessary required certification of enrollment for all recipients of the GI Bill®. However, the office has many other responsibilities such as, providing guidance and outreach services to our student veteran population, educational opportunities on military culture to all students, staff and faculty and act as a liaison between the student veteran and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Although the office is young it is continually expanding its borders to include necessary services to aid in the overall success of our IUPUI veteran and military related students.
