As we work towards and through our key enrollment strategies, DEM will seek to further align enrollment goals with the overall mission and vision of the university. Campus enrollment goals for IUPUI, IUPUC, and IUFW will continue to be set annually in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support and the Division of Finance and Administration. New freshman and transfer student goals will be set by admissions leadership in collaboration with IRDS, ESI and Office of International Affairs. For all campuses, the goal is to enroll students who are of high academic quality, diverse, and committed to their education. Many internal and external factors will impact the feasibility of achieving these goals such as changing demographics and projections, market share, housing considerations, academic program offerings, yield rates, retention efforts, time to completion, and affordability. Enrollment targets are included in Table 1 in the appendix through AY 2024-2025. Further, these targets will only be attainable through coordination and partnership with the schools. Over time, it will be important for each school to develop their own strategic enrollment plan to align with the overall strategic enrollment plan.
